Shenzhen Famefar Technology Co., Ltd provides full warranty coverage on our products except the spare parts provided. Warranty services will also be excluded under the following conditions:
1.     Our products sold via third parties, e.g. local agents
2.     Famefar products modified by the third parties without Famefar's authorization
3.     Defects reported after warranty period
4.     Defects due to inappropriate operation, which is not instructed by Famefar
5.     Defects due to intentional damage or by accident
6.     Defects caused by other conditions, which are not the liability of Famefar.
The warranty on Famefar products will be valid for up to 1 year since the invoice date, against all manufacturer defects for all new products purchased from Famefar. Some special items will have warranty coverage less than 1 year, e.g. 3 months for newly refurbished products. Please clarify with your sales when making order.
Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Policy :
1). Under the warranty, the products will be repaired after we collected the items from the customers.
2). The products will be upgraded to product with similar functions or credit back at market value or the cost at the time of purchase, whichever is lower, in case the discontinuity of parts / product supplies by the manufacturer(s).
 
RMA Procedure:
1)     Customers must request an RMA number prior to returning any merchandise to Shenzhen Famefar Technology Co., Ltd. The RMA number is deemed effective for only 14 days inclusive of the day of issue.
2)     RMA numbers can be obtained via email or fax with the attachment of invoice and the causes
3)     RMA number must be written clearly on the outside of the carton in goods return
4)     Any wrong, missing, or damaged item must be reported to RMA department within 24 hours upon delivery via E-mail or fax.
5)     It is recommended that the returned package(s) are insured so that a tracking reference and proof of delivery is obtainable for the shipment to protect your interest.
6)     Customer is responsible for proper packaging of RMA returns. All warranties will be void on items that are insufficiently or inaccurately packaged.
7)     If package attempted to be delivered by the shipping carrier, for example FedEx, is visibly damaged it may be refused or accepted with a note made on the carrier delivery record. Famefar must be notified immediately of this occurrence so that a claim can be filed with the carrier.
 
 Expense:
1)     Famefar and the customer will be responsible for one-way freight charges for merchandises within warranty period, return shipping and handling charges will not be refundable.
2)     Customer will be responsible to pay for both-way freight charges for merchandises which are beyond the warranty period.
